Dr Sally Uren OBE is Executive Director and Chief Acceleration Officer of Forum for the Future, following eleven years (2013 – 2024) as Chief Executive of the international non-profit. Sally works with organisations ambitious for change, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 20 businesses such as Aviva plc and Target. 

Sally also leads a number of pre-competitive collaborations projects including the Climate and Health Coalition, which is galvanising private sector action to tackle the human health impacts of the climate crisis. She is also involved in collaborations focused on food system transitions including Growing our Future, a programme designed to scale regenerative agriculture in the US. 

Sally is keen to shift narratives in ways that mainstream sustainability and system change.

Prof. Wayne Visser is a writer, speaker, filmmaker, podcaster and poet recognised as one of the world's top 10 “pracademics” in sustainable and regenerative business, innovation and leadership. He is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and Professor of Practice at Católica Porto Business School, having previously served as Director of Sustainability Services at KPMG. He has travelled and worked in over 80 countries.

He has written 46 books, including the international bestseller Thriving: The Breakthrough Movement to Regenerate Nature, Society and the Economy, and his forthcoming book, Technologies of Hope: An Earth-Saving Mission, which makes the evidence-based case for clean-tech innovation as our best hope for a net-zero, nature-positive future.
